Eleuterio Burgos Lara, Don Tello, and the brothers Sergio Alberto and Ulises Burgos Campo, who work for Chapo Isidro will be house in the Aguaruto penitentiary, Sinaloa, for three months whilst the investigation against them is concluded.

A Federal Judge heard charges against three members of the criminal organization headed by Fausto Isidro Meza Flores, El Chapo Isidro. Meza Flores assumed control of the Beltran Leyva brothers cartel, and are considered the group creating most of the violence in the corridor that goes from the city of Guamuchil to Gausave and Los Mochis in Sinaloa, they are also attributed to acts of violence in Mazatlan and Nayarit.
During a search conducted at an address in Sinaloa, personnel of the SEIDO of the PGR, in coordination with the Army and Federal Police detained Eleuterio Burgos Lara, Don Tello, and the brothers Sergio Alberto and Ulises Burgos Campos.
Federal forces personnel secured six vehicles, cell phones and computer equipment, a firearm, three gramera scales, 44,500 pesos, 67 wraps of white powder and packages containing opium gum.
The detainees were presented by SEIDO personnel before the Judge of the Federal Criminal Justice Center, in Culiacan, Sinaloa. After linking the charges to them, they were granted 3 months to complete the complementary investigation and determined preventative detention in the Cefereso of Aguaruto.
From that prison, Francisco Javier Zazueta Rosales, Pancho Chimal, escaped in March of 2017, identified as responsible for ordering and participating in the ambush in which five soldiers died in Culiacan, Sinaloa, on September 30th, 2016; one month after having escaped, elements of the Marines shot him dead after a confrontation.
Pancho Chimal was the security chief of Ivan Archivaldo Guzman, El Chapito, son of the capo of Joaquin El Chapo Guzman On the same day of the escape, Juan Jose Esparragoza Monzon, El Negro, son of capo Juan Jose Esparragoza Moreno, El Azul and three more high ranking members of the Sinaloa cartel escaped.
