The Pats came one yard away from an overtime game in Chicago, but managed to secure the win after keeping Mitch Trubisky's Hail Mary attempt out of the end zone. Now, they face one of their easiest matchups of the year: Derek Anderson's Buffalo Bills. Oh boy.
QBs
Tom Brady's interception habits are concerning, but not concerning enough to leave him on the bench, especially when you consider how many of those pics have come on tipped passes or overall unlucky plays. As it is, he's generally a lock for at least 250 passing yards and 2 scores. With Sony Michel injured, the Pats will likely ease off the running game between the tackles, giving Brady more opportunities to work the quick game for yards and scores. If you start Derek Anderson, you should quit your league.

Tom Brady: 24 points
336 passing yards (13 points), 3 passing TDs (12 points), 1 INT (-2 points)
RBs
Without Sony Michel, James White ascends to strong RB2/RB1 status this week. Expect him to get decent carries (maybe ~60-70 yards?) on the ground this week, plus his usual passing role. Buffalo's LeSean McCoy is still in concussion protocol and may not play this week--either way, the Bills backfield isn't exactly fantasy gold. Opponents have had fantasy success against the Pats on the ground, and Buffalo certainly won't have anywhere else to turn to generate offense, but I still have little confidence in a Chris Ivory-Marcus Murphy backfield tandem.

64 rushing yards (6 points), 7 receptions, 73 receiving yards (7 points), 1 receiving TD (6 points)
Chris Ivory: 5 points
51 rushing yards (5 points)
WRs
Buffalo ranks seventh in the NFL for passing yards allowed, but that stat could be misleading on Monday night. Without any semblance of an offense to relieve pressure from Tom Brady, expect Josh Gordon and Julian Edelman to have productive days. Cordarelle Patterson is a threat if you get points for kick return yards in your league, but otherwise I'd leave him and Chris Hogan on the bench. James White has supplanted them both. With Anderson behind center, I wouldn't trust any Buffalo wideout this week.

6 receptions, 71 receiving yards (7 points), 1 receiving TD (6 points)
Josh Gordon: 14 points
5 receptions, 82 receiving yards (8 points), 1 receiving TD (6 points)
TEs
After unexpectedly not traveling with the team last week to Chicago, Gronk is back in the lineup. It will be interesting to see whether or not he's on a snap count, and if the back injury affects him in any way. He's been limited in practice all week, and while he'll probably go for the game, you should temper expectations if you're one of his owners. The Bills tight end group has less fantasy value than an actual herd of bison.
Rob Gronkowski: 5 points
4 receptions, 53 receiving yards (5 points)
D/STs and Kickers
Don't start the Bears, do start the Patriots. Stephen Gostkowski is a good play, as usual, while Stephen Hauschka is a risky one for lack of opportunities. Leave him on your bench.
That's it for this fantasy breakdown. Enjoy your Sunday and Monday night, and Go Pats!
